Upon becoming a surrogate, a designated one-on-one case manager will lead you through every phase, including screening, legal procedures, embryo transfer, and delivery. They will accompany you to crucial medical appointments, such as medical screenings, embryo transfers, and deliveries, whenever possible. Additionally, our team is available around the clock to address any emergencies promptly.
The Process of Becoming a Surrogate
1. Application Submission
Take just one minute to complete our online application. Expect a response from one of our intake managers within 24 hours.
2. Intake and Contract Signing
You’ll have an interview with our intake manager. During this step, you'll also sign your benefit package and contract. Concurrently, start gathering your prenatal care and delivery records.
3. Pre-Evaluation and Medical Clearance
Our intake manager will conduct a background check and review your medical records. You'll also need to obtain OB clearance during this stage.
4. Matching with Intended Parents
Once you've successfully completed the intake process and passed the pre-evaluation, your surrogate case manager will share profiles of intended parents for your consideration. A match meeting will be arranged to connect you with the intended parents.
5. Embark on Your Surrogacy Journey
Your case manager will continue assisting you with postpartum appointments for up to 6 months after delivery, ensuring a smooth transition for both you and the intended parents.
6. Pregnancy and Delivery
Our intake manager will conduct a background check and review your medical records. You'll also need to obtain OB clearance during this stage.
